About the Event
St. Paul's UMC provides yoga sessions that are Christ-centered and draw us into an intentional time of worship and prayer. These sessions are gentle enough for the yoga novice and challenging enough for the yoga practitioner in the Meeting Hall.
Our focus of using the Jesus prayer in our practice (Breathe in and say "Jesus Christ, Son of God." Exhale and say, "Have mercy on me, a sinner.") Our yoga classes are Christ-centered and draw us into an intentional time of worship and prayer.
