What Type of Information Do You Collect?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, such as completing any one of our Contact Forms or Subscribing via email, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Why Do You Collect Personal Information?

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Services;

  • To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  • To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

How Do You Store, Use, Share, Disclose Your Site Visitors’ Personal Information?

 

  • St. Paul's United Methodist Church, https://www.spumcabq.org is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to display information to you and communicate with you securely. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

  • All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by St. Paul's United Methodist Church Web Admin adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  • On our Give Page, we link to an external donation website, PayPal. You acknowledge their privacy practices when you access or use the content, features, technologies or donation functions offered on their Site and all related sites. Please see their Privacy Statement for details here

  • Our website may link to other external websites outside our control or ownership, i.e. linking to a Partnering Ministry Site or Facebook Page, and that you, the Visitor are advised to read the Privacy Policies of each website you visit. These External Sites will be indicated by ⌝ or underlined.

  • The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We use SSL certificates and our site is HTTPS. Learn More

  • To be clear, we do not sell user personal information to third parties for the intents and purposes of the CCPA. Wix does not sell user personal information to third parties for the intents and purposes of the CCPA. We use Essential Cookies per WIX Privacy Policy, Third-Party Tracking Tools and Apps Made by WIX or Third-Party Created Apps provided and uploaded by the Wix App Market.
