In our upcoming sermon series, "I Love My Church," launching on September 28th, we will explore the foundational pillars that make our community vibrant and alive—Community, Serving, Giving, and Sharing. Each week, we will delve into how these elements are not merely traditions but vital expressions of our faith that strengthen our bonds and extend God's love beyond our walls. This series invites us to reflect on what it truly means to love our church by living out these core principles in our everyday lives, fostering a deeper connection with God and one another. By engaging with these themes, we can renew our commitment to being a church that embodies Christ’s love in tangible ways.
The series begins with a focus on Community, encouraging us to think about how we can nurture a more inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels welcomed and loved. We will examine how authentic community is built on trust, vulnerability, and shared faith. Following that, we’ll explore Serving—challenging us to step outside our comfort zones and actively serve our neighbors, both inside and outside the church. The act of giving will be highlighted as an expression of gratitude and dependence on God's provision, inspiring us to practice generosity with joyful hearts. Lastly, sharing will remind us of the importance of being witnesses of Christ’s love, sharing our stories and blessings to make a meaningful difference in others’ lives.
